Quiz responses — Your answers to the body constitution quiz. These are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Email address — Only if you voluntarily provide it to receive your results or seasonal guidance.
First name — Optional, only if you provide it.
Quiz result type — Stored alongside your email to personalize seasonal guidance.
Analytics data — Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (page views, device type, country). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Send you your quiz results via email
Send personalized seasonal wellness guidance (approximately twice per month, aligned with solar terms)
Improve our quiz and content based on anonymous, aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Resend — Email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering emails. Resend Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your email address and quiz result are stored securely. We retain this data for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — Request corrections to your data
Deletion — Request that we delete all your data
Unsubscribe — Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from all future emails.
Data portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
